Drosophila Synthetic Population Resource Strains

The Drosophila Synthetic Population Resource (DSPR) is a multiparent advanced generation intercross panel of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) designed for the genetic dissection of complex traits as described in King et al. (2012A, 2012B). See Predefined Sets for lists of stock numbers that can be pasted into the order form.

The DSPR ID column may be used to cross-reference BDSC stock numbers and genotypes to files and analysis software on the DSPR website, and to publications using the DSPR lines.
