The Fluorescent Endogenous Tagging with a Covalent Hook (FETCH) system from the Mann lab labels cell surface proteins via DogTag-DogCatcher peptide partners. The GFP-labeled DogCatcher is secreted and fuses covalently to the DogTag peptide. For more information see our FETCH system page.
