Any use of stocks containing transgenic DNA constructs covered by Minos BioSystems Ltd. patents for commercial research requires a separate use license.  A use license may be obtained from Minos BioSystems Ltd. by contacting Roger Craig. Use for noncommercial research is unrestricted and does not require a separate use license from Minos BioSystems Ltd.

By providing these transgenic DNA constructs for use in Drosophila, Minos BioSystems Ltd. grants no rights to requestors under any patents or patent applications other than a nonexclusive, royalty free license to make, breed and use the transgenic stocks in and for noncommercial research. Minos BioSystems Ltd. makes no representations regarding the constructs or stocks containing them and extends no warranties of any kind. Minos BioSystems Ltd.  shall not be liable for damage associated with the use of these constructs or stocks containing them.

Stock recipients are encouraged to publish the results of their research and to acknowledge Minos BioSystems Ltd. as the source of the Minos transgenesis system.
