Stock Shipments via DHL

 Conditions for DHL Shipping Option
  1. DHL service is offered to international customers only.
  2. Shipments are charged to our DHL account, giving you the advantage of our volume discount, and charged back to you on an annual basis along with your other stock center fees. Courier charges will be itemized in your Annual Use Statement.
  3. DHL shipments are processed weekly for Tuesday shipment (excepting holidays). See Shipping Schedule for details of our shipping routines. Orders received on BUNs that have signed up for DHL shipping are accumulated until the next scheduled DHL shipment.
  4. Each account must use DHL or the US Postal Service exclusively, either throughout the year or seasonally.
  5. DOA stocks should occur at a much lower frequency; therefore, each DOA order from DHL shipments will be examined on a case-by-case basis.
  6. This service is offered to users of the Stock Center whose accounts are in good standing and courier charges are not waivable.
US Postal Service shipping is the default for all accounts. The account holder must authorize use of DHL for a given account. Contact us to change your account's shipping method to DHL.
