This set of stocks provides maximal duplication coverage of chromosome 1 - the X chromosome - using the minimal number of stocks available in the Bloomington collection. We estimate this kit covers 88 to 92% of X chromosome euchromatin. Changes will be made to this kit as new duplication stocks become available or if breakpoints are revised.
